These General Terms of Subscription of Services (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”) apply to the usage of Services (hereinafter defined) by the customer, including the customer’s clients, Admin (defined below) or any other person using the Services on behalf of the customer (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) and provided herein by TealFeed Private Limited (“TealFeed”, “Service Provider”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions under which TealFeed will provide the Customer with access to the Services, related to the software tool, and platform available from TealFeed operated domains, including any other TealFeed proprietary software, network or any other information technology infrastructure components (whether owned, licensed or otherwise by TealFeed) (collectively the “Tool”) in conjunction with Your subscription of the Services.
Tealfeed and the Customer shall hereinafter individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
TealFeed requests You to carefully go through the terms & conditions set forth in these Terms that govern Your access to and use of the Services and the Tool, and constitute a legally binding agreement between You (personally and/or on behalf of an entity, as the case may be) and TealFeed. These Terms of Use shall, with respect to Your usage of the Services and Tool, supersede any terms of the Services or any online agreement in relation to the Services that has been, or may be, agreed to by You in connection with Your use of the Services.
By subscribing to the Services and using the Tool, You irrevocably and unconditionally agree to have read and understood, abide by and be bound by all the obligations as stipulated in these Terms. If You are subscribing to the Services or using the Tool on behalf of a company or another legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind the said entity and its affiliates to these Terms, in which case the terms “Customer” “You” or “Your” shall refer to such entity and its affiliates.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
TealFeed offers subscription to the Tool that enables You to do appointment-led businesses, offering tools for booking automation, scheduling, calendar management, client management, and more. It caters to individuals and small-to-medium enterprises such as therapists, psychiatrists, physiotherapists, yoga and fitness trainers, nutritionists, coaches, consultants, astrologers, and more. using customised templates and various options available on the Tool (hereinafter the “Services”) as per these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the following:
Creation of Your individual designee, client-level, and overall organizational dashboards along with the accounting for Customer to have a transparent view of how each one of Customer’s individual designee is performing and revenue they are bringing to Customer’s organization;
Providing access to fixed number of users of the Tool to and on behalf of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Seats”), which shall include access to the Customer’s designated officers, employees, agents and/or subcontractors of the customer identified and communicated by the customer to TealFeed (hereinafter referred to as the “Admin”) as well as the Customer’s clients, as agreed upon between the Customer and TealFeed under a separate service offering memorandum; and
Assigning a dedicated Point of Contact (POC) to ensure smooth operations and communication.
You acknowledge that the availability of certain features and functionalities on the subscribed Tool may be subject to Your chosen Subscription Plan (hereinafter defined).
SUBSCRIPTION AND RIGHT TO USE
Subject to these Terms of Use, TealFeed grants You a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to access and operate TealFeed’s proprietary Tool that is specifically subscribed to by You. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer has no right to access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Tool, either during or expiry of the Subscription Plan.
TealFeed provides You, in accordance with Your specific Subscription Plan, the functionality and related features of the Tool, which may be changed/updated by TealFeed from time to time upon prior written notice to the Customer.
The Customer hereby expressly agrees that the Tool may only be used by the designated officers, employees, agents and/or subcontractors of the Customer identified and communicated by the Customer to TealFeed. However, the Customer shall have the right to change, remove or add a designated named user with prior written intimation to TealFeed or in accordance with the procedure specified within the Tool.
You further acknowledge and agree that the Customer Content shall not be transferred or transported by TealFeed to you post termination of Your use of the Services and the Tool. TealFeed will not assist You with any reproduction, recovery, or distribution of any Customer Content. Upon cancellation or termination of Your use of the Services and the Tool for any reason, Your access to the Tool, including all Customer Content, third party content, and Your information uploaded, posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted by You to TealFeed via the Tool, may be permanently removed by TealFeed with or without notice to the Customer.
The Customer further agrees and acknowledges that the Customer shall not sub-license or create any encumbrance on its rights to access and use the Services/Tool licensed by TealFeed to the Customer in accordance with these Terms of Use. Furthermore, the Customer shall not permit any unauthorised person to access the Tool or use the Service hereunder.
PAYMENTS
In consideration of Your use of the Services, You shall pay TealFeed the fees (hereinafter the “Service Fees”) in accordance with a subscription plan, which shall comprise of the platform fee, charges for add-on services and a one-time implementation cost and any other charges (collectively the “Subscription Plan”) in the manner provided in a separate service offering memorandum entered by You with TealFeed.
It is clarified that TealFeed has the right to revise the Subscription Plan at its discretion upon prior notice to You. The Subscription Plan is applicable for the first 12 months, and are subject to revision post completion of the 12 months period, unless otherwise specified under the service offering memorandum entered by you with TealFeed. For Services extending beyond the initial term of 12 months, a 10% increase shall be applied on the total Service Fee to accommodate ongoing Tool/Service enhancements and support. However, You may enter into a lock-in period of 24 months with TealFeed under a separate service offering memorandum and avail the agreed upon pricing structure and benefit from stable, predictable costs over the two-year period.
Payment Terms:
The Customer shall have the option to pay the Service Fee, in consideration of the use of the Tool and the associated Services, in any of the payment plans provided below:
Annual Payment Plan: You may opt to pay the Service Fee in relation to Your Subscription Plan in full on an annual basis, which shall be payable in advance at the effective date of commencement of the Services. In case you opt to pay annually, you shall be eligible to receive a 20% discount on the total Service Fee under the Subscription Plan.
Quarterly Payment Plan]: You may opt to pay the Service Fee on a quarterly basis, beginning from the effective date of commencement of Services, except the one-time implementation cost which is payable at the commencement of Services.
Pre-Paid Monthly Payment Plan]: You may opt to pay the Service Fee on a monthly basis, except the One-Time Implementation Cost which is payable at the effective date of commencement of Services.
Post-Paid Monthly/Quarterly Payment Plan]: Except the One-Time Implementation Cost which is payable at the effective date of commencement of Services, You may opt to pay the Service Fee on a post-paid basis which shall be billed on a [monthly/quarterly] basis, and payment shall be due by the [last day of the month/quarter].
The Service Fee shall be exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST) payable @18% or as applicable and accounted on the payments under these Terms.
With the intent to have a more user-friendly transaction model for payments, TealFeed uses third-party payment processors to process payments for the subscription of Services. We use payment processors such as Phonepe, Razorpay, Eazebuzz etc. for Customers situated in India and Stripe for Customers situated outside India. The payment processor in India charges 2.1% of the total amount transacted (inclusive of GST) and the payment processor outside India charges 2.9 – 4.0% of the total amount transacted, depending upon the country and the payment card used for the transaction. However, it is hereby clarified that the current payment processors are subject to change, and additional features may be added to the Tool at a later stage by TealFeed enabling You to integrate Your own payment processor in the Tool to receive payments directly in Your account. Any such revision/addition shall be communicated by Us in advance.
Before making or receiving from Your clients/customers any payments through third-party payment processors for the subscription or during the use of Services, You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices of the above-mentioned third-party payment processors to which You navigate from the TealFeed platform before making any payments or through which you receive any payments from your clients/customers, as these third-party payment processors may require Your personal information to complete any payments on the Tool. You agree and acknowledge that TealFeed shall not be responsible and liable for any claims, losses or liabilities that may arise during Your use of any third-party payment processors for making or receiving any payments, and You shall indemnify and hold TealFeed harmless against any claims/losses/liabilities raised by Your clients/customers or any third-parties on account of Your use of such third-party payment processors.
USE OF THE SERVICES
TealFeed’s Responsibilities: TealFeed shall:
provide to You basic support for the Services;
use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for: (a) planned downtime (of which TealFeed shall give You a prior notice via the Tool. TealFeed shall use commercially reasonable effort to ensure that such downtime interference to the Services will be as minimal as possible, or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control of TealFeed, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labour problems (other than those involving Our employees), or internet service provider failures or delays, or (c) any breach by the Customer of these Terms; and
provide the Services only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws and government regulations.
Customer Responsibilities: You shall:
be responsible for Your compliance with these Terms;
be and remain solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity and legality of the Customer Content or any other data and information submitted by You to TealFeed and of the means by which You acquired the Customer Content or any other data submitted by You to TealFeed;
prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services, and notify TealFeed promptly of any such unauthorized access or use,
be responsible for maintaining the security of Your user names and passwords and notify TealFeed promptly of any other breach of security known or suspected by You,
use the Services only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws and government regulations, and
be responsible for all activity under Your account, including the activity of other customer who have been added to Your account by You or by another user of the account.
take all reasonable measures to prevent the use of the Tool to store, process or transmit malicious code, viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, malware, or similar mechanisms, scripts, agents, bots or programs or other disabling device exposed from third parties or the Customer’s own programmers.
You shall not:
make the Services available to anyone other than You,
sell, resell, rent or lease the Services,
use the Services to store or transmit infringing, libellous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights (including any materials which are illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites racial or ethnic hatred, violates the rights of others, harms or threatens the safety of other users on the TealFeed platform, or may otherwise constitute a breach of any applicable law),
interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party data contained therein, or
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks, or
use the Services in any way that uses excessive Tool resources and as a result is liable to cause a material degradation in the Services provided by TealFeed to its other customers using the Tool, or
use the Services in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or
not copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, record, alter, merge, adapt, translate, create any derivative works or otherwise reproduce any part of the Tool or Services, nor attempt to do any of the foregoing, without the prior written consent of TealFeed, or
knowingly or negligently use or permit the Tool to be used in contravention of any statutory provisions or regulation or in any way contrary to applicable law.
You understand that:
Due to their very nature, Services are subject to planned and unplanned downtime during which Services may not be available or be otherwise impacted, and that TealFeed is not liable for any such interruption caused to the Services due to planned or unplanned downtimes.
A planned downtime will generally take place during non-business hours or other off-peak hours to minimise the impact on Services. You may be kept informed in case such planned downtime is necessitated during the peak hours.
An unplanned downtime caused by (a) any breach by the Customer of these Terms of Use; (b) a fault or failure of the Customer’s computer systems or networks; or natural disaster, cyber-attacks, due to legal, regulatory or other government order, sudden hardware failure or other factors beyond the reasonable control of TealFeed may take place without any prior notice. TealFeed is committed to ensuring restoration of Services without unreasonable delay in such circumstance.
TealFeed may use reasonable technical measures to limit the use of Tool resources by the Customer for the purpose of assuring services to its customers generally.
The Tool/Services may contain some defects, errors and bugs and subject to the other provisions of these Terms, TealFeed gives no warranty or representation that the Services/Tool will be wholly free from defects, errors and bugs.
The Tool/Services is never entirely free from security vulnerabilities and subject to any other provisions under these Terms,, TealFeed gives no warranty or representation that the Services/Tool will be entirely secure.
TealFeed will not provide any legal, financial, accountancy or taxation advice under these Terms or in relation to the Services, and subject to any other provisions under these Terms, TealFeed gives no warranty or representation that the use of the Services/Tool by the Customer will not give rise to any legal liability on part of the Customer.
SUPPORT SERVICES
TealFeed shall provide the support services to the Customer during the term of the Subscription Plan with reasonable skill and care.
TealFeed shall make available a POC to the Customer, which the Customer may use for the purpose of requesting and where applicable, receiving the support services.
TealFeed shall respond promptly to all request for support services made by the Customer through the POC.
TealFeed shall have no obligation to provide the support services:
to the extent that the requested support services amount to general training in the use of the Services;
in respect of any issue that could have been resolved by a competent person who had received general training in the use of the Services;
in respect of any duplicate issues raised by or on behalf of the Customer;
in respect of any issue caused by the improper use of the Services by or on behalf of the Customer; or
in respect of any issue caused by any alteration to the Services, or to the configuration of the Services, made without the prior written consent of TealFeed.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
The Customer hereby grants to TealFeed a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:
Copy, store and transmit the Customer Content;
Creating, generating, training, testing and verifying the Tool.
The Customer warrants to TealFeed that the Customer Content when used by TealFeed in accordance with these Terms will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third person.
PRIVACY AND TERMS
TealFead may collect Your personal data directly or indirectly provided by You as well as any Customer Content submitted by you on the Tool while the use of the Services and/or availing the Subscription Plan (“Data”) which includes:
Your name, display name, username, email address, photo, bio and any other data associated with you Google/LinkedIn/Email account. In addition to this, We may also collect Your business information, Customer Content, including Your avatar image, photos, posts, comments, and content published by You, and any other information You choose to provide;
Transactional information which includes all payments made for the Subscription Plan for the Tool/Services, transaction details, purchase prices and the date of transaction;
Any Protected Health Information (“PHI”), as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and covered under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (found in Title XIII of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009) (HITECH) and their associated regulations which may be submitted by the Customer or may come in possession of TealFeed pursuant to the Customer’s use of the Services/Tool, such as information, including demographic data, that relates to an individual’s past, present or future physical or mental health or condition etc.; and
Any other data and information submitted by You while Your use of the Services/Tool.
Use of Data:
We use the collected Data for the purpose of providing, maintaining, enhancing and promoting the Services which is inclusive of the following:
To enable You to access the Services;
To gather metrics to better understand the Customer and their choices and monitor the usage of Services and user activity in order to test and improve, revise and/or personalize the Services;
To maintain the security of the Tool and prevent any misuse, illegal or fraudulent activity; and
To provide customer care and support and resolve the queries of the Customers.
Transfer of data:
TealFeed may transfer, store and use the collected Data to the computers located outside Your state, country or other governmental jurisdiction where TealFeed may have operations, and the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdictions. However, if any of TealFeed’s processors outside are getting access to the Customer’s Data, the same standards of data protection as that set out in these Terms/TealFeed’s Privacy Policy or as per the applicable laws shall be maintained.
TealFeed shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Customer’s Data is treated securely and in accordance with these Terms and/or the TealFeed’s Privacy Policy, and shall comply with its obligations under the applicable laws, including The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), HIPAA, HITECH and any implementing regulations, as they exist at the time of the Customer’s use of the Services/Tool and as they are amended from time to time (“Data Privacy Laws”), for so long as the Customer is using the Services/Tool. TealFeed shall ensure that no transfer of the Customer’s Data shall take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place related to the security of the Customer’s Data and other personal information, which are of the same standards as provided under the applicable Data Privacy Law in the jurisdiction where the Customer’s Data is transferred.
The TealFeed Privacy Policy sets out TealFeed’s obligations with respect to the safeguarding, collection and use of Customers’ Data and personal information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Tool is developed and owned by TealFeed, and any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of the Tool is expressly prohibited. The Tool, its structure, sequence, organization and source code are intellectual property of TealFeed and are additionally considered trade secrets of TealFeed and are protected by applicable laws.
You agree that you may shall use any trademarks, logos, or service marks of TealFeed, whether registered or unregistered (“TealFeed Trademarks”) unless you are authorized to do so by TealFeed in writing. You agree not to use or adopt any marks that may be considered confusing with the TealFeed Trademarks. You agree that any variations or misspellings of the TealFeed Trademarks would be considered confusing with the TealFeed Trademarks.
You agree not to purchase, register, or use search engine or other pay-per-click keywords (such as Google Ads), trademarks, email addresses, social media names, or domain names (including without limitation top-level domains, sub-domains, and page URLs) that use or include TealFeed or TealFeed Trademarks or that use or include any terms that may be confusing with the TealFeed Trademarks.
TealFeed does not claim ownership of the Customer Data you provide to TealFeed; however, we do require a license to those Customer Data. You grant TealFeed a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to store or use the Customer Data for analytical purpose to enhance functionality and features of the Tool in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws. We may use our rights under this license to operate, provide, and promote the Services and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under these Terms of Use. You represent, warrant, and agree that you have all necessary rights in the Customer Data to grant this license.
THIRD PARTY PRODUCT INTEGRATION
During the course of Your use of the Tool and the Services, You may integrate the Tool with the products, contents, software etc. of a third-party identified by TealFeed through APIs (“Third Party APIs”) made available by the owner of such products, contents, software etc. (“Third-Party Provider”). The Customer shall ensure seamless integration of the Third-Party APIs with the Tool, including compliance with industry standards and technical specifications as applicable to the Tool and/or Third-Party APIs. The Customer shall undertake all necessary steps to ensure a seamless transition in case of any change of the Third-Party Provider.
You shall further implement such security measures to ensure compatibility and timely updates for integrations with the Third-Party APIs, maintaining data ownership with TealFeed and restricting access to authorized personnel, and shall not use the Third-Party APIs granted hereunder, or permit it to be used, for purposes of product evaluation, benchmarking or other comparative analysis intended for publication. Upon termination or expiry of your use of the Services, the Customer shall ensure secure deactivation and data deletion related to the Third-Party APIs from the Tool.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that throughout the course of usage of the Tool and the Services, the Customer shall be bound by all agreements entered by TealFeed with Third-Party Providers in relation to the integration of Third-Party APIs and shall use the Third-Party APIs solely within the usage limitations, such as in relation to number of users, number of emails that can be sent by the Customer in a month, number of contacts that can be managed, etc.
TERMINATION
TealFeed may terminate Your usage of the Services under the following circumstances (non-exclusive list):
Non-payment of Service Fees;
You are in breach of any term or condition of under these Terms of Use; and/or
Your use of the Service disrupts TealFeed’s business operations or affects any other party

The Customer must pay to TealFeed any Service Fees due to TealFeed within 7 (seven) days of termination of the Customer’s use of the Services/Tool or removal of the Customer’s access to the Services/Tool by TealFeed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and the use of the Services are at Your own risk. TealFeed makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Services, or any service or information provided through the Service. TealFeed is not responsible for any damages, injury or economic loss arising from the use of the content or Services provided by TealFeed.
In no event will TealFeed be liable to You for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or economic loss arising out of the Services or any other services or products provided to You.
TealFeed, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees shall in no way be liable to You or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the Services.
In no event shall TealFeed be held liable for any damages or economic loss, whatsoever, as a result of notifying any official of potentially illegal content as part of the Customer Content uploaded on the Tool, or for providing copies of Your data files to the appropriate authorities or cooperating with law enforcement efforts to locate persons who have posted content that is illegal or promotes illegal conduct.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold TealFeed, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers and employees harmless from and against, and to reimburse TealFeed with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to Your breach of these Terms or use by You or any third party of the Services.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Parties hereby agree and acknowledge that it will have access, directly or indirectly, to certain Confidential Information (as defined below) of the other party and/or its clients (past, existing or potential). During the term of the Subscription Plan and at all times thereafter, the Parties shall:
hold the Confidential Information in strictest confidence;
not disclose or use or attempt to use or disclose, the Confidential Information, except as expressly permitted by the other Party and solely for the purpose for which such Confidential Information was disclosed;
not disclose or divulge the Confidential Information to, or for the benefit of any third person or entity without the prior authorisation of the other Party;
give prompt notice to the Party of any actual or attempted unauthorised use or disclosure of the Confidential Information, by any person; and
return the Confidential Information, including any copies or reproductions, at the Party’s request or upon termination of the Subscription Plan or use of the Services/Tool by the Customer;
For the purpose of this Clause 13, Confidential Information shall include confidential or proprietary information regarding a Party, its business, organisation, financial, technical, marketing, product, intellectual property, documents, trade secrets, processes, customers, vendors information including information pertaining or relating to the customers and their business, and information pertaining to related business entities of a Party or any other information of a Party, whether written or oral, which has come to knowledge of either Party by virtue of the Customer’s use of the Services/Tool whether or not so labelled or identified as Confidential Information.
However, the Confidential Information shall not include:
information that is known to the other Party before disclosure under these Terms and is not subject to any other obligation of confidentiality;
information that is or becomes publicly known through no act or default of the other Party;
information that is rightfully obtained from a third party; and
information that is independently developed by the other Party without reliance upon or use of any confidential information.
The provisions of this Clause 13 shall survive the termination of the Customer’s use of the Services/Tool or removal of the Customer’s access to the Services/Tool by TealFeed.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case any dispute arises, to expedite resolution and control the cost of dispute related to these Terms of Use brought either by Us or by You, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate the dispute informally at least before 120 days before initiating arbitration, the proceedings of which shall be in accordance with the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue and the seat of the arbitration shall be New Delhi. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Republic of India and the courts in New Delhi, India (subject to the arbitration) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between You and TealFeed.
NO ASSIGNMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall operate to assign or transfer any intellectual property rights from TealFeed to the Customer, or from the Customer to TealFeed.
FORCE MAJEURE
TealFeed will not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure in the provisioning of Services if caused by acts of God, declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities that are not caused by a failure to pay, labor disputes, government order or action or other similar events beyond TealFeed’s control that may prevent or delay Service provisioning.
NO JOINT VENTURE
You hereby acknowledge and agree that You are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of Tealfeed, and You do not have any authority of any kind to bind Us in any respect whatsoever.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
You agree that these Terms of Use, along with a separate service offering memorandum or any other agreement entered between You and TealFeed in relation to Your use of the Tool and the Services, form the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between You and Us, and that it supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of India. Subject to the provisions of Clause 14, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters in connection herewith.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision under these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any present or future applicable law, then (a) such provision shall be fully severable; (b) these Terms shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part hereof; (c) the remaining provisions of under these Terms shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision, or by its severance herefrom; and (d) in lieu of such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision, there shall be added, automatically, as a part of these Terms, a legal, valid, and enforceable provision as similar in terms and effect to such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision as may be possible.
AMENDMENTS
TealFeed shall have the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time by informing You of the amended terms via email to Your registered email address. Such amendments will be effective when We email a notice of the amendments to You. Alternatively, We may display amended terms to You when You access the Tool or the relevant TealFeed platform for the use of Services, in which case such terms shall be effective when they are posted on the Tool or the relevant TealFeed platform
